Q: Why should I buy frequent flyer miles from you?
A: We constantly strive to provide the best price compared to other mileage brokers. As you may know, you can often redeem your frequent flyer miles for a free ticket and often do not have enough to redeem that first or business class seat. Buying that remaining airline miles that you need from us will allow you to travel in First and Business class on major airlines for half the price when buying directly with an airline on a full price.
Q: What are the modes of payment?
A: We accept payments via credit card or PayPal.
Q. How long will it take for the miles to be deposited into my frequent flyer account?
A: We will first verify your frequent flyer program and process the transfer of miles within 24-72 hours of purchase. It will take up to 7 working days for the miles to be reflected in your frequent flyer account. Please note that this time frame varies and is dependent on the airline. On average, most of our customers are able to see the miles purchased in 3 working days.
Q: How do I find out if my purchase has gone through?
A: A confirmation email will be sent to you when the transaction has been processed and confirmed. Your credit card/ bank account will be charged accordingly once the transaction is confirmed.
Q: How do i change or cancel my purchase?
A: If the order has been processed, we are sorry to inform you that there will not be able to refund or change your purchase. For more information on refunds, please refer to our refund policy.
Q: Is it legal to buy miles?
A: YES! There are no laws restricting the sale of frequent flyer miles.
