Milesfair has a 100% guarantee on miles to be deposited into the customer's frequent flyer account. In the event that the miles are not deposited, Milesfair will guarantee a 100% refund to the customer, within 30 days from the first date of purchase.
However, in the event that the miles are not deposited due to errors made by customers during check out, such as (but not limited to):
- Wrong frequent flyer number provided during checkout;
- Name of frequent flyer does not match the records of the airline concerned;
Milesfair reserves the right to not refund customers in the event that our miles suppliers are not able to retrieve back the transacted miles.
Once the miles are deposited, there will be no refunds accepted even if customers do not utilise the miles in full or partially.
Milesfair is also not responsible for any issues or problems that might arise, between the airlines and customers, after the miles are deposited. No refunds are accepted once the miles are confirmed to have been deposited into the customer's frequent flyer account.
